Synopsis and Story
This is a beautiful 1959 Corvette Hartop survivor. A barn-find in Escondido CA, October 2018. Rare color combo of black exterior with blue interior. Equipped with a 283 Cubic Inch solid lifters 270HP V8 with twin Carter 4 bbl carburetors.
Its manual transmission is a Borg Warner T10-1B 4 speed synced to a Posi traction Rear End. Original exterior paint with patina to demonstrate its survivor status.
Replacement carpet, seat covers and door cards since being pulled from the barn. Starts up first time, runs and drives extremely well.
